Team Party Questions
The Clubhouse is closed for the season and reopens in spring 2027. These answers are for team visits once we’re open again.
What group sizes can you handle?
Most of our team groups are 30 to 50 people, and we’ve catered groups as large as 80. The taco bar is for parties of 30 or more.
Can a team come straight from a game without a reservation, or do we need to plan ahead?
Please book ahead if you can, and the taco bar needs at least one day’s notice. If your team shows up after a game without a reservation, we won’t turn you away.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Deposits aren’t refundable. If your plans change, we’ll help you move your party to another day or time.
What happens if it rains?
Rain delays happen a lot in Cooperstown. If your game runs long, we’ll work with you to move your party to a later time or another day.
Can families pay separately from the team, or is it one bill?
The taco bar is one bill, based on the final head count. If your group orders off the regular menu, families can pay separately.
Can we pick a set menu in advance, or does everyone order off the regular menu?
You can book the taco bar in advance (the menu and prices are above), or everyone can order off the regular menu.
Is alcohol available for adult groups?
Yes. We have a full bar.
Is there a private or semi-private area for our group?
No, all of our seating is open. Taco bar parties sit on the outdoor patio or in the tent with picnic seating, and we can sometimes give a taco bar group the inside seating.
Is there parking for buses or a large number of cars?
Yes. There’s room for buses and RVs, and parking for up to 250 cars.
What activities are there for the children?
An arcade with 20 games, cornhole, two wiffle ball fields, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and Kan Jam. Every kid on the taco bar gets a $5 arcade card.
